Microcosm: Side A, delivers a sense of psychedelia flourishing over a backbone of dub, reggae and latin rhythms as The Appointments embrace their expansive tendencies, while showing no fear of ear-catching pop melodies. 

The Appointments’ Microcosm project is delivered in two halves, encompassing the sound of the band to date. Born from a collective love of worldbeats, psychedelia and musical expression, the jam sessions that formed the basis of this EP are the same that form the collective spirit of the band.  On side A, The Appointments explore music as a means of introspection, expressing hopes, desires, commitment.  In a time individuality, this record celebrates community, and connection.
